One way to start is to schedule a brief phone consultation. During this call, you will have an opportunity to discuss what it is that brings you to my office, what you hope to get out of therapy, and any other questions that you may have. You will also have a chance to ask me any questions you might have. If it seems like a good fit, we can set up our first in-person session. It can sometimes take several sessions to know if we want to continue to work together.

I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I will not bill your insurance directly.
I can provide monthly statements for you to submit to your insurance company. If you want to go this route, please verify with your insurance that they cover out-of-network mental health services.

Please call me to discuss this. I do offer a limited number of sliding scale fee slots to individuals and couples that would not otherwise be able to afford therapy. I am happy to talk this through with you.
If for any reason I am unable to provide what you need, I will do my best to help you to find a therapist that offers what you are seeking.
